London Bus Route 11 & New Bus for London

As everyone may be aware, one of the hypes of the past week or so has been the recent conversion of London Transport Route 11 to New Bus for London.

London Bus Route 11 operates from Liverpool Street Bus Station right the way down to Fulham Broadway, covering about 7 to 8 miles and serving 39 bus stops (Liverpool Street-Fulham direction) while also operating with PVR of 25 buses, being operated from Go-Ahead's Stockwell Garage (SW), using NB4L buses LT41-LT68 (LTZ1041 to LTZ1068 respectively)

Despite this, the route is most notable for the areas of which it serves, serving The Bank of England, St Paul's Cathedral, Somerset House, The Strand, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben & The Houses of Parliament, Victoria Railway & Coach Station and the King's Road in Chelsea, so therefore the route itself is practically renown as being a tourist route nonetheless.

Yet, when I was situated at St Paul's last Saturday, I noticed something odd, unlike the conversion of Route 24 (Hampstead Heath - Pimlico) where it was completely converted to NB4L. The Route 11 was a mixture of NB4L's and WVL's, so it seems they were mixed together, seems as though the WVL's still seem to have a bit of life in them eh?
